When you first enroll to work with me, we will set up a blueprint call where I will dig deep into your business to understand what you want in your business, and what is stopping you from building the business you want.
Then we'll discuss what it will take to go to the next level. During this time we will schedule your 3 day implementation at your office to build out your system.
Once we do that, we'll create a timetable and a shared document of what needs to be done to get your business where you want.
Once you have the foundation in place we will meet on a weekly 1 on 1 video call for 12 weeks to track your progress. After each call you will have a blueprint step to complete before the next call.
By following each step you will build a complete system to operate your business from.
